Is clickersheaven com a scam

As of today, clickersheaven.com has been running for a few days. Although I dont know when this PTC is opened, it is quick new. Clickersheaven has 8373 regisere users and $24926 payout right now, which is showed on the homepage. However the money payout is really hard to believe. A free member can earn $0.02 per click and $0.01 per ref click, which is quite attracting, but the $20 payment limit is really annoying. Suppose it has 10 ads everyday, you may need 100 days to get payout by yourself. Even

for those people who can get lot of referrals, it is still a huge work. 

    Some body said there was more than a hundred ads at this time. I looks like a good news, cause ten days $20 dallars is very attracting. Well see what heppens after 10 days. The payment proof from their own page cannot be treate seriously. We can wait untill someone post their payment proof.
